Client Locations Security
Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to the features for the locations tab as well as the units at risk tab location features.
To Grant Access
- Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select a security template.
- Click [edit].
- Open Resource Groups > Client.
- In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Locations:
- View: Activates or dims the locations tab as well as the Locations card on the units at risk summary tab.
- Add: Activates or removes the [Add New] link on the Locations Summary screen, the [Copy] link on the Location Information screen and activates or dims the Location option in the [Add New] cascading menu on the units at risk tab..
- Modify: Activates or dims the [Save] link on the Location Information screen and the [Inactivate] / [Activate] link on the Location Information screen.
- Delete: Activates or dims the Remove
icon located on the Locations Summary screen.
- Import: Activates or dims the [Import] link on the Location Summary screen.
- Export: Activates or dims the [Export] link on the Location Summary screen.
- In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
